  • ❋ Healing through Embodiment

    Empowerment Therapy, created by Myra Walden, draws on Nonviolent Communication Method and Person-Centered Therapy. We embody the attitudes that all people have universal needs, those needs are sacred, and all needs are worthy of being met.

  • ❋ Empathy and Empowerment

    We cultivate the ability to connect to our own and others’ feelings and needs, and regard them as sacred, universal, and worthy. From there, we are able to identify emotions, articulate met and unmet needs, and develop, maintain, and shift strategies in order to meet those needs.

  • ❋ Liberation

    Through various ET and NVC processes, practices, and philosophies, we become fluent in the language of feelings and needs, and more free to pursue our most fulfilling life. These skills work to liberate at the personal, relational, and collective level.

  • ❋ Astrology

    Through the ancient art of astrology, we can find support, guidance, and clarity around the lifelong themes of our needs in our natal charts. By looking at the current astrological map, we can attune and make meaning of our current conflicts and dilemmas, and turn them into opportunities for growth and fulfilment. Each week, we will tune into the zodiac season, a major planetary alignment, the moon phase, or a prominent retrograde to help us make sense of the moment.

The Nitty Gritty

You do not need to be an astrology expert to join. You simply need to be someone who is willing to move in relationship with cycles—inner and outer—and curious about what becomes possible when you do.

Each zodiac season brings particular human needs into focus. Together, we attune to those needs, explore how we currently try to meet them, and practice more life-giving strategies rooted in self-empathy and empowerment.

    • Learn how to identify your core needs and the strategies you use to meet them.

    • Transform shame, guilt, and self-judgment into self-regard and compassion.

    • Build stronger, more honest relationships, and find the courage to change or leave toxic dynamics.

    • Develop real, repeatable skills for conflict resolution and clear communication.

    • Face long-avoided fears with support, and begin moving toward what you want instead of running from it.

    • Experience deeper presence, pleasure, and emotional resilience in your daily life.

    • Have a consistent, weekly place to grieve personal and collective losses without being rushed or fixed.

    • You’ll also form real intimacy with your cohort: a small group of up to eight people who show up together each week and learn how to witness one another with care.

  • These groups are for people who are:

    • Spiritual but not religious, or are practicing within organized religion

    • Grounded in compassion, consent, and non-violence

    • Committed to upholding the inherent worth of all people

    • Curious about astrology as a reflective and relational tool

    • Wanting support that is structured, ethical, and emotionally adept

    This is an especially good fit if:

    • You want a supplement to therapy, or

    • Therapy hasn’t felt accessible, affordable, or aligned for you

    • Group size: up to 6 participants


    • Frequency: Weekly, 1-hour sessions


    • Structure: Four-week cycles aligned with each zodiac season

    Sessions are not recorded to protect safety, trust, and vulnerability.

    • Six-month minimum commitment

    • Cancel anytime after your commitment period

    • Weekly or monthly subscriptions available

    • If you need to miss a session, you will still be billed for that week

  • Investment:

    Sliding scale of $39-$79 week

    This includes:

    • 23 one-hour group sessions per six-month commitment period

    • 20% off astrology consultations and gift certificates

    • A consistent, affordable container for weekly care

    The fee allows the groups to be an accessible option available for ongoing, facilitated emotional support while creating a stable, reliable income for the facilitator.

    If it is financially sustainable for you to pay beyond the sliding scale, you are welcome to do so—your contribution helps keep the groups accessible to others. Fees below the sliding scale are negotiable.

  • What your investment supports:

    • Your weekly fee helps ensure:

    • A living wage for Lindsey

    • 6 weeks of paid leave annually for illness, rest, professional development, and in-person retreats or workshops

    • The sustainability of this work over time

    This offering is facilitated by a qualified professional with years of experience in one-on-one and group emotional and spiritual care, and a demonstrated commitment to ethical, open-hearted astrological practice. Lindsey holds a Masters of Divinity, a certificate in Clinical Pastoral Education, and a Level 2 Certification of Empowerment Therapy.

  • Participants must sign:

    • A release form

    • A commitment to the principles of Empowerment Therapy

    • A six-month contract for weekly payments
